Operating System


Operating System Lab of IT department resides at lab no. 406-B 1st floor of CE/IT building. Students are performing various experiments on different courses like Operating System, Advanced Operating System, Data Structure and algorithms, image processing, High Performance Computing etc. All the necessary software was installed before starting of academic term. There are total 23 Machines available in lab with following configurations with one Multi Media Projector.


Advanced and contemporary hardware and software system that facilitate easy processing and functioning of various computation e.g. programming, analysis and processing of diverge data. Lab is configured for High Performance Computations through aggregating computation power through Unified Parallel C.


It is configured to perform a specific dedicated application like network simulators, embedded system, image processing, Mobile applications etc.
