NPTEL Certificatoin
IIT-Madras is coordinating NPTEL activity under MHRD. NPTEL has been offering self-study courses across engineering, humanities and science streams for more than a decade. From March 2014 NPTEL has been oi‘ering c-nline certification fc-r its courses, the highlight being the certification exam through which the student gets an opportunity to earr. a certificate form the HTS! To take this initiative forward and to encourage more students across colleges to participate in this initiative, CHARUSAT had started NPTEL Local chapter during December 2015 which is coordinated by department of Information Technology.
CHARUSAT with its active coordination of NPTEL local chapter and based on the performance in online certification courses, received “’AAA Grade and declared as Top-10 Local Chapter University among 1700+ Local Chapter all over India.
